Will of Giles BACKE of Snargate, Kent 28 March 1474

Giles BACKE of Snargate, laborar, 1530.
Buried in churchyard where it please my friends.
Light of Our Lady, the Trinity, St Katherine 4d. each.
George TYPPYNG (of Ivychurch, died 1542), son of my wife 6s.8d, my best coat.
Residue to my wife for her maintenance and of my children (not named).
Executor – Wife [no name] with Patricke of Appledor, bruer, overseer.
Witnesses – John GRAPE, curate, John GILBARD, Thomas CLEMENT.
Probate 12 September 1530. Archdeaconry Vol.19, fol. 110.
