William att STONE of Rammysgate de parish of St Lawrence in Thanet, 18 December 1496.
Buried in churchyard.
High altar 4d. To each Light of which I am a Brother in the church of St John one bushel of barley. Ad opus of the church of St John 40d. Ad opus of the church of St Lawrence 20d. Ad opus of the church of St Peter 20d.
Wife Alice have all my utensilia of my camere, aule and kitchen and half part of all grain and cattle.
Residue after paying debts to William YOKLET and Robert SPRACKYNG junior, my Executors, that they dispose for my soul with Thomas SAKETT supervisor.
Feoffees – Robert LUCAS and William LIDERER of all my lands and tenements.
   All my lands shall be sold except ten acres next unto my tenement in three pieces, and money to pay debts, etc. and if wife Alice be with child, a boy, then wife Alice have and occupy my tenement and ten acres of land until said son come to lawful age, but if a woman child, then to be sold and the money – four marcs (53s.4d.) to wife Alice, to the girl four marcs when of lawful age, and for a priest to sing and pray for our souls in the church of St John for half year five marcs (66s.8d.) and the residue to the church work of St John Peter and Lawrence by my Executors.
After death of Jone ESTPLOM my sister, the five acres of land which she had for her life, to be sold and money for our souls.
