Henry AUSTYN of Beninden, 14 May 1467
Buried in churchyard.
To the four men carrying my body to burial 2s. [= 6d. each].
To the footway between my house and the church to be repaired 6s.8d.
Residue to Thomas LADE and John LOCAS my Ex’ors, to dispose for my soul.
Lands, tenements in Beninden and Sandhurst.
   Wife Godleva profits from a croft and garden called Colletts in Beninden on Denne of Staninden for life, then sold, the money to Thomas Austyn 13s.4d., John Austyn 20s, Stephen Austyn 20s, Henry Austyn junior 6s.8d; any residue Ex’ors dispose for my soul.
A piece of land called Shorfham in Sandherst upon Denne of Lyssele be sold by Ex’ors and to Celestre daughter of Stephen Austyn 26s.8d., and 13s.4d. disposed for my soul.
