Will of Nicholas WINCHESTER of Littlebourne 5th March 1489-90

Nicholas WINCHESTER of Lytylbourn, 27 March 1489.
Buried in churchyard near grave of Mabel my former wife. High altar 12d. Light of Holy Cross 20d; and of the Torches 20d. William KEMPE 6s.8d
Ex’or: Wife Elisabeth and Thomas, son of John WINCHESTER.
Wife Elisabeth have for life the lands and tenements in Lytylbourn, except the tenement obtained from Richard SNOTH; at her death to Thomas, son of John WINCHESTER my son and his heirs for ever.
The tenement excepted to be sold and money disposed for my soul, etc.
