To Sarre Cemetery Introduction

GRAVE 174 - A woman’s grave.
Finds  A small ivory pin or bodkin, swelling in the middle and ornamented with grooves where it is widest, and with little round holes on the head; some pieces of iron, and parts of two bone combs. One of these fragments is very curious, the comb having worked on a hinge in a case or handle, like the pocket combs of our own day.
