I give unto Suzan Godfrey my daughter three of my best pewter platters, three of my best pewter dishes, my best ioyned chest and my bras pot at her age of 20 years or at the death of Elizabeth my wief. Residue to my wife Elizabeth my executrix.
Last will: of my tenement and garden in Tenterden. I will Elizabeth my wief shall have and enjoy the same duringe her lief to keep it well and sufficiently repaired, amended and inclosed and paie acquite and discharge ye Lordes rents and other chardgs yearlye due and after her decease unto ye saide Suzan Godfrey my daughter and her heires for ever.
Witnesses: Thomas Tylden, John Waller, George Haffenden and James Godfrey.
