Vnto Gyles Hart my sonne 20s. due vnto him by virtue of Riplieyes with his kinnesman, at the age of 17 yeares. Vnto John Richards my wieves sonne my best pewter platter. Vnto John Widgur a litle bras pot ye least I haue. My house tenement and garden in Chittinghe in Sussex to Bennet my wief duringe her lieefe and after her decease I will ye saide house etc according to the custom of the manner whereof it is haulden and all the rights etc to Gyles Hart my sonne my heire and his heires for ever. Rest vnto Benett my wife and executrix. Witness: Wm. Bardell alias Randall and Thos. Frebody.
