I bequeath to my two daughters Eales and Elizabeth my house in Sandwitch and all that doth unto yt lying hard by Winesborowe gate. To my daughter Elizabeth my fetherbed saveinge the beges traunsar and a white blanket which I give unto my daughter Eales. To daughter Eales two kettles and dau: Elizabeth my middle kettle and a shoppyne straite after my decease.
Residue to my two daughters Alice Bynge and Elizabeth Hallet my executours. A little chest unto Rebecca Mumforde and Simon Mumforde 4s and Rebecca Mumforde 5s, Myldred M 5s wt in 4 yeares the which doth remain in the handes of William Hallet.
Unto my sonne William Rigdens children that is Harry and Paule, Valentyne, John, Michaell Rigden either of them 12d and to Eamye and Sarah Rigden 12d.
Michaell Bake to be overseer. Witnesses Edward Rose wryter hereof and Michaell Baker.
Proved 5 July 1589 by executors in persons of William Binge and William Hallet their husbands. Inventory = £4. 16s 2d [271a Whitgift I]
