ANNE SPRACKMAN of Northfleet, 28 Julie 1615, 13 James. To bee buried at discretion of my executor. To the poore of Northfleet at the tyme of my funerall 30s. To my mother Ellinor Powell my sage colored gowne, my violett colored aporne and my felte hatt lyned with veluett. To my sister Dalton my beste gowne and my beste hatt lyned with veluett. To my sister Collyns my brownishe colored gowne beinge made of Devonshire kersey and to hir daughter Alice one stuffe gowne. To euerie one of my sisters children 5s. apeece. To my vnkle Henrie Ketell a ringe of golde worth 40s. To Thomas Pigeon of Melton my darke baye stone horse. To William Garrett my doune colored colte. To goodwife Edmonds of Northstead (?Northstead in Chelsfield) one chamlett petticoate and my ridinge suite. To William Turner two ewes. To Elizabeth Northe one Kersey petticoate and 40s. To the reste of my seruantes in my house 5s. a peece. To Thomas Walter my sonne in lawe 40s. To my two sisters all my wearinge lynnen. To my godsonne Robert Edmonds one lame. To my godsonne William Garrett one lame. To Edward Plaister my godsonne 12d. To my godsonne William Sheppard 12d. To Catherine Hills my goddaughter 10s. To my godsonne John Topett 10s. To the widowe Smythe one stuff petticoate and 5s. To my sonne John Spackman £40, tenn paire of sheetes and one cheste when 21. To Joane Walter sister of the said Thomas Walter 20s. and to Elizabeth Walter hir sister 20s. To Anne Walter daughter of William Walter of London 20s. to be paide to the saide Joane, Elizabeth and Anne within one yere. All other my goods etc to John Haslyn of the parishe of Northfleete yeoman, my executor and the saide Thomas Pigeon and Wm. Garrett overseers. 
Last Will: of all my lands and tenements in the parishes of Cudham and Downe. I gyuethe the same to my sonne John Spackman and for want of issue to John Haslyn my executor for his life and after to Abraham Daulton and Thomas Laungridge two of the sonnes of two of my sisters. My sonne John Spackman shall not have my landes vntill he shalbee of the age of 21 but my executor shall have my lands and tenements towards the charge and educacon of my saide soune John. My executor shall at anie time before my sonne Johns age of 21 fell cutt downe and take and carrie awaie a hundred of the best Oakes now standinge and growing vppon annie park of my said lands for and toward the payment of my debts and legacies.
