I will Agnes my wief have my house and landes tyme of her lief paying the lordes rente and kepinge the housies repaired. If she disease before Mychaell and Stephen and Mary my children come to the age of 12 yeres then Stephen Vsmer and Harry Pratte shall have the profett of my house and landes kepinge my three youngest children till they come to 12 yeres. When they come to 12 and my wife decease then I will that John and Dorathie and Mary my daughters shall have the profitte of my house and lands. And after that eight yeres I will Harry and Stephen and Mychaell my sones shall have my house and my landes in fee simple.
To Agnes my wyfe all my moveables and goodes and I make her executrices, and Stephen Vsmer and Harry Pratte overseers. Witness: Edward Reder and Harry Pratt and Thomas Adams.
