I will my two sonnes Thomas and John shall haue all my goodes etc. equally between them vppon condicon they see my dawghter Alice honestly kepte durynge her lyfe and also paye my debtes. I make my saied sonnes executors.
Last Will: All my landes within the parishe of Halden shall remayne to my two sonnes Thomas and John equally vppon condicon (as above). If yt fortune my sonnes to die or they shall not see her provided for then the whole profitts shall remayne to the kepinge and fyndinge of my said dawghter. Witness; John Bondall, clerke, Stephen Hynksell, Stephen Scott.
Proved 1 October 1569 by Thomas and John Incent executors in person of Thomas Blakemore notary public, proctor. (279b Parker I).
