JOHN PAIGE of Bonington, 19 Maie 1589. To be buried in Bonington. To fowre men that shall beare my corpse to the grave 4d. a peece and to them that shall shroude me 4d. a peece. All the rest of my goodes &c to my two daughters, Joane Page and Abigall Page equally and I make my welbeloved brother Roger Page executor he to keepe them till they come to such adge as the overseers shall thinke good to place them else wheare and my executor to deluier theire porcons at 18 yeares or day of maridge. If doughters die then to my brother Roger Page his children and I appoint my welbeloved Mr. Williams parson of Bonington and Richard Wrighte the elder of Alldington overseers. Witness: William Weekes and Daniel Lodge. 
Proved at Ashford in Metropolitical Visitation 27 June 1589 by Wm. Weekes and David Lodge. (263b Whitgift I).
