To be buried in the church of Adisham next the body of Sir Roger Dygge in the chancel of the said church. To the collegiate church of Wyngham in the name of a jewel a pair of Decretals with the sixth book and its glosses and a book called Oculus Sacerdoti. To the work (fabrice) of the church of Adesham 10 qrs of barley, and of that of Staple two quarters of wheat and two quarters of rye. To Richard Eytone 40s. "pro vno domo emendo" John Wallere 20s. which he owes me, William Foghelere 40s. and a tunic. Cecilie de Bosyntone 40d. To the wife of the said John Wallere 40d. To the wife of William Fogheler 40d., Alice de Bosyntone 40d., John son of the said Alice 40d., John Mote 10s., Thomas Ressham 10s., Edmund Turtham 20s., Agnes Webbe 2 qrs of barley and 1 qr rye, John Goson 1 qr barley. To the relatives (consanguineis) of the said Master Richard of Warmyngton and me of their money and mine £20 towards their marriages. To Thomas brother of Master Richard de Warmyngton, my relative deceased, 5 marcs of the said Richard’s goods. To William de Warmyngton 100s.
I make my executors Stephen atte Nynne my attendant (famulus) and John Robyns who was executor of the Will of Sir Robert rector of the church of St. Gregory St. Paul’s London and I will that my said executors have full power to dispose of the goods of the said Master Richard de Warmyngton my relative as well as of mine. I leave William Morston 1 qr of barley and a tunic. Residue of my goods and of the goods of the said Master Richard de W. lately deceased I leave to the disposition of my executors (no date)
