To be buried in the parish church of Sundressh. To the high altar for tithes 40d. To the parish chaplain there 40d. To the holywater clerk there 12d. To the Sacristan 12d. For a torch to be sustained before the said altar burning whilst the Lords Body is elevated two cows. For five wax candles to burn before the said altar one cow. For my funeral expenses on the day of my burial 40s., on my anniversary 20s. For a chaplain to celebrate divine service for a year for my soul, my ancestors and benefactors 8 marcs. For five pair of shoes to be distributed to five poor persons 2s. 6d. Residue to Sarra my wife. Executors the said Sarra and Thomas Salman my son. Witnesses Alan de Chelescombe, Wm. Wrigg, John Bakere. Dated at Sundressh.
Proved at Otteford 3 Kal. of August 1375 by Thomas Salman executor. Reserved power for Sarra co-executor. (78a Sudbury).
