To the work (fabrice) of the church 13s. 4d. To the high altar 10s. To Peter Jasper my brother 20 marcs. To Johane my sister 6s. 8d. To Alice wife of Robert atte Wode 10s. To Richard Jasper my godson 6s. 8d. To Agnes wife of John Payn of Northflete 10s., Alexander Mendecourt of Assche 10s., Sibil wife of Richard Veysy and my goddaughter 10s., Thomas Mendecourt 1 bussh. of wheat, Robert Karles my godson 1 bussh wheat., Robert Mendecourt 1 bushel wheat., Robert son of William Goolde 1 bushel wheat. On the day of my burying 40s. To the son of John Clerk, my godson 2 bussh. of wheat. To the daughter of William Bere my goddau: 1 bussh. of wheat. To Beatrice wife of Simon Warner 10s., Isabelle Chymbham 4s., Cristine wife of Robert Crabbe 4 bus: wheat.
To the parish clerk and sacrist of the said parish 4 bussh. wheat. To Peter my brother a tunic of blue (collobium de blueto). To Simon Warner another tunic lined with red colour and blue. To Clement Wodeman 5s., Alexander Mendecourt a gown furred "de panno Sendry". To William atte Wode a gown of ‘Taney’ furred. To celebrate for my soul in the church of Assche for me and Alice my wife and my benefactors 32 marcs for four years, viz 8 marcs a year. To each boy of Simon Warner 12d. To Roger son of Robert Atte Wode 1 bussh. wheat. To Sibil Veysy 2 bussh. of barley, Cristine Horrecokk 1 bussh. wheat. To the Carmelite Friars of Eylesford 1 qrt of wheat. To the chaplain who shall celebrate for us to increase the 32 marcs for the first year 13s. 4d. To Simon Warner 5 marcs. To celebrate divine service in the church of Assche 17 marcs in two years next after the said four years above are completed for me and Alice my wife and I make Simon Warner my faithful attorney so that the said six years may be done and an honest chaplain paid by him. To the poor and needy on the day of my death 5s., to each a halfpenny. Residue to Alice my wife. Executors Peter Jasper my brother and Clement Wodeman of Assch. I leave to the work of the church of Hertlegh 5s. and to Alice atte Wode 5s. (356b Courteney).
Probate act is not filled in but on folio 356 amongst the Acta is a record that on 2 July 1389 the will of Robert Jasper of Assche was proved and administration granted to Peter Jasper and Clement Wodeman of Assche executors.
