JOHN GOLD, priest and chaplain of Longesole (in Allington) 6 April 1406. To be buried in the Monastery of the Blessed Mary of Boxle. I leave all my goods to the Abbot and Convent of Boxle that they may pray for me and my parents. I make Brother Richard Borne, monk of Boxle and Sir Senaru’ Oppere, rector of Barmelyng, executors. Proved in vacancy of See of Rochester, at Maydeston, 26 July 1406. He is described as "Sir John Golde, chaplain, of Longesole Rochester Diocese". (231b Arundel I).
