DENYSE RELICT OF SIR RICHARD ATTE LESE, Knight of the parish of Sheldewyche. 23 April 1404. To be buried in the chapel of St. Mary the Virgin in the church of Sheldewyche next Sir Richard atte Leese. To high altar 6s. 8d. To the said chapel of St. Mary to sustain the same a cow price 10s. to remain for ever. On the day of my burial to each priest celebrating in the church of Sheldewyche 4d. On my month’s day to a chaplain celebrating there 4d. On either day to each poor person a penny. 
To Margarete my attendant (famule) 4 bush of corn. To William Huntekyn the same. To John Wrenne one bushel of corn and of barley. To Peter Molessh a bushel of corn and barley. To Richard Lukson a bed at discretion of my executors and a qr. of barley and four of corn. To Letice my attendant 4 bush. of barley. To William Morcock 4 bushels. To Sir Arnald Tong clerk 40d. To Thomas Baker clerk for his labor in all things 40d. Residue to John Cely. I leave for a priest to celebrate in the church of Scheldewiche for a year 9 marcs. To Sir John Louell, clerk, 40d. To Alice Reynold 40d. Executor John Cely. 
Proved 16 September 1404 by John Cely executor and acquittance to him 20 April 1405.(214a Arundel I).
