JOHN ASTONE, constable of Saltwood Castle. 6 February 1402. To be buried in the cemetery of Christ Church Canterbury. To my parents £20. To Richard my brother 100s. To Johan my sister 100s. To Richard my uncle 5 mrcs. To Johan, Alice and Agnes my kinswomen 10 mrcs. To Thomas Kyngesford 5 mrcs. I leave for a priest to celebrate for my soul for one year a trentall of St. Gregory. To John Clere 40s. Residue to my executors to dispose for my soul. Executors Peter atte Chambre and Roger Honyngton. 
Proved in the palace at Canterbury 11 March 1402 by "Peter de Camera" and Roger Honyngton. (200a Arundel I).
