I leave to the fabric (fabrice) of the new bell-tower there 20 marcs. To the fabric of the church of Sibbysdenne 100s. To Johanne my kinswoman to her marriage 5 marcs. To Sir John my kinsman 100s. To William Grose my attendant (famulo) 10 marcs. To Sir Thomas Drury 40s., James Lowys 40s., Richard Glouer 40s. for his labour if he will be my executor. Executors: Sir Thomas Drury, James Lowys, Richard Glouer and Wm. Grose. I leave to Master Henry Venwortham 40s. to be supervisor.
Proved in the Palace at Canterbury 8 July 1437 and administration granted to Richard Glover and Wm. Grose. Power reserved for the others when they shall come. (463a Chichele I).
