RICHARD BOURBAGE, vicar of the parish church of Legh in Kent, Rochester Diocese, 16 April 1435. To be buried in the said church of Legh. I leave to the said church two torches and two wax candles which nevertheless I wish used at my funeral and month’s day. To the fabric (fabricam) of the said church or reparation 40s. to be paid as the work is done (vt opus est) by John Reme. To Thomas Bartelot 3s. 4d., Richard Gylweyn 4d., William my servant 6s. 8d. I make John Reme and Symon Bartelot my executors and Sir John, Prior of Tounbregge, supervisor. 
Proved "coram domino in manerio suo de Ford" 26 April 1435. (450a Chichele I).
