ELIZABETH TRYVET, 28 July 1421. TO be buried in Christ Church Canterbury if it happens me to die in Kent. I leave to the same church a vestment of red velvet with tunicle and dalmatic and cope of the same, alb and all the belongings. To the Augustin Friars of Canterbury a brass cross with crucifix and ymage of the Blessed Mary and St. John gilt. I leave to the Lady (Domine) de Swynford a book of prayers and devotions which I had of the gift of the said Lady. To Alice Compton my best book of Matins of the Blessed Mary and other devotions. Residue to my executors to dispose for my soul. Executors: Nicholas Wymbysch clerk, John Grey and William Brokeman. 
Last Will of Elizabeth who was wife of Thomas Tryvet, Knight. First she wished and left to the Prior of the church of Christ of Canterbury a bed of green silk with curtens and with belongings of an altar. Item a vestment of velvet viz for priest, deacon and subdeacon with a cope of the same suit, a chalice, a paxbred of silver gilt and two phials of silver together with other things to the sum of 100 marcs. To the Augustine Friars of the same place £40, the Friars Preachers 20s. Friars Minors 20s., the Prior of St. Gregory 10 marcs, the Prior of Folkeston 5 marcs., to the two hospitals 10s., to the Carthusian House of Hull 10 marcs, to the House of Horkesley, [Essex] 5 marcs. To each boy through the said Elizabeth baptized 6s. 8d. (?godsons). 
To Master Nicholas Wymbyssch clerk a silver bowl and a ewer of silver. Itm half a "dosen" dishes of silver and £20. To Edward Lymbesey two silver bowls with ewers of silver and two silver pots. To the said Edward 100 marcs. To John Sevane 100 marcs and a bed of green silk with eagles embroidered and a capet of green tapistry. To William Brokeman 100 marcs. To John de Chambir 100 marcs, John Seyn Nisholas 10 marcs. 
Item to gentle women all the apparel of the body of the said Elizabeth between them. To the same women Napery and sheets viz to each two pair of sheets with a napkin and towel. To Alice Compton a bed of ‘Motley velvet lesenged’ with coverlet and carpets of tapistry. To Margery Brokeman a bed of red silk embroidered with coverlet of the same suite and carpet of red worstede. To the wife of John Walter 5 marcs, Geoffrey Botyller 20 marcs, John Cook £10, William Hachard 5 marcs, John London 40s., Laurence Welde 5 marcs, Peter Tylly 20s., Gesope Cooper 100s., Roger Templer 40s., John Baker 40s., James Weston 5 marcs. Item "Maio Pynchebele 40s.", Thomas "de Botery" 13.4d., John Goodefelowe 5 marcs, John Murrys 40s. 
Proved 17 December 1433 by Nicholas Wymbysch clerk, John Grey and Wm. Brokman executors. She is styled "Domina Elizabet que fuit uxor Thome Tryvet nuper defunctis". (442a Chichele I).
