JOHN WAYNFLETE, chaplain of the Chapel of Burlegh ‘videns periculum mortis’. In the feast of Saint George the Martyr 1425. To be buried in the parish church of Peter and Paul of Cherryng. To the high altar for tithes forgotten 20d. To a new Gradual to be bought for the use of the said church 15s. To the said church a new Processional ‘non dum complete factum’ but bought with my proper goods. Residue to John Nichole alias Lauandere of Cherryng to dispose for my soul, whom I make executor with Master Henry Colbache, bachelor of laws as overseer, of the parish aforesaid.
Proved 14 May 1425 by John Nicholas alias Lauandere. (385a Chichele I).
