JOHANNA FOOG, relict of Sir Thomas Foog, Knight. 20 May 1419. To be buried in the Cathedral church of Canterbury next my husband. To the Prior of Christ Church a silver gilt cup with cover. To each monk 20d. To the Prior and Convent of St. Gregory Canterbury 20s. To the P. & C. of the Friars Preachers 20s. and to each brother of the Convent 12d. To the Warden and Convent of the Friars Minors 20s. and each brother 12d. 
To the P. & C. of the Augustine Friars 20s. and each brother 12d. The P. & C. of the Carmelites of Sandwic 20s. To the fabric of the church of St. James without the Walls of Canterbury £5. To the Prioress of the same house 20s. and each sister 3s. 4d.
To Alice Elwyn 40s., Agnes Kerkeby 40s. Richard Grove 26s. 8d. To the fabric of the parish church of Tenyngton (Thanington) 13s. 4d. To the Vicar of the same church 3s. 4d. To the fabric of the church of Boghton sub Blee 13s. 4d. To the Brethren and Sisters of Pokelissale 13s. 4d., and of Herbaldoun 6s. 8d. All goods not given to my executors to distribute for the health of my soul. I ordain John Keryell and Brother John Clerk and Reginald Dreylond of Sellyng executors.
