Robert Upton of Walmer, fisherman. My messuage or tenement in Walmer which I lately purchased to me and my heirs of my father and mother John Upton and Elizabeth his wife and 6 acres in parish of Great Mongeham purchased of Mr John Middleton and all other my lands.
   To my nephew Robert Matson and my neice Elizabett Matson children of my sister Ann, wife of John Matson of Ripple, husbandman.
   To my wife Rebecca Upton all my goods.
   My friends Anthony Bowles (son of Anthony Bowles deceased) and William Marsh executors.
   Died 13 November 1756. In presence of John Iggulden, Samuel Ramell, Edward Long, John Middleton.
   Proved 4 March 1757
