Elizabeth Upton of Biddenden in Kent.
To the wife of John Upton the elder of the parish of Biddenden and to her daughter Mary, now wife to [blank] Miles and to Mary Upton wife of William Upton late of Benenden all my aparell.
To John Upton the younger, son of William Upton of Benenden 1s.
To William Upton, son of William Upton deceased £8.
To Richard Upton, brother of said William Upton £5 when 21 and to said Richard Upton another £1 to be laid out quarterly for his schooling.
To Mary Lunnons, formerly Mary Thatcher £5. Rest to my kinsman John Thatcher of Cranbrook, Brasier and Lidia Thatcher his sister.
Died 8 August 1739. In presence of Mary Sexton, Elizabeth Taylor, Austin Taylor.
Proved 3 September 1740.
