3 September 5 George II. Thomas Upton of St Mary Northgate in the Liberties of the City of Canterbury, gardiner.
   My wife Magdalen Upton all my goods etc. and two tenements in King Street in parish of St Paul and four houses in Ruttington Lane.
   To Mary Clarke, daughter of Elisha and Catherine his wife and my goddaughter £10. My wife Margaret Upton executrice.
   Died 29 March 1733. In presence of James Liebe, Peter Doneet, Marie Magdelain Amdam.
   Proved 17 June 1734.
