John Upton of the Towne of Feversham (Faversham), gent.
Katherine now wife of Nicholas Wallwyne of Lugwardine in the county of Hereford, gent and Anna now wife of George Fynch of Wye in Kent, gent, each 20s.
To my brother James Upton my library of bookes.
My wife Anne Upton all furniture in the Hall chamber in my mansion.
To my daughter Margaret Upton lands in Stone neere Feversham and Ospringe, she pay annuite £30 yearly granted by my father John Upton of Feversham, gent, by his last will dated 10 January 1634 unto my brother James Upton.
To my elder daughter A
To my two sistersnne now wife of Charles Castell citizen of London (executrice) my manor of South Wiltherton als Wildreton in Throwleigh (Throwley).
my younger daughter Margaret.
Died 30 May 1664.
Probate 29 June 1665.
