1 Jan the yer of our lord God after the accomplyng of Englishe church 1534. Stephan Upton of the Towne of Faversham. To be buried in churchyard of Faversham. To Saint Erasmus light iijd. To Sir Thomas Grysby xijd. To Sir William curate of Osprynge iijd. To lights sett before images of our blissed lady virgyne St Peter and St Anthony in parish church of Stone iiijd.
   To Johane my doughter a brasse pott etc. To Agnes my doughter a brasse pott etc.
   Residue to John Upton my sonne exor. William Castlokke overseer.
   Lands in Faversham, Osprynge, Stone and Bukland. Tenements in Tannars Strete yn Faversham to Agnes my doughter. Robert Upton son of Laurence my sone my house called Wenors when 22.
   Johan my doughter house at Ospsringe Strete.
   Residue of my lands to John Upton my sonne yn fee symple.
   Remainder to George Upton my godson one of the sones of my brother Nicholas late of Thrughley decessed.
   Witness William Castlokk, John Barbor, Robert Kyer, John Emery and William Montagew notary.
   Probate 17 March 1534.
