To poor of parish of St Mary Mag. in Taunton in Somerset where I was borne £50. To poore of parish of All Saints in the Towne of Lee in Kent where I now live.
   To Mrs Mary Boone my wife. Poor of St Stephen, Coleman St, London £50. To Goors of Christs Hospital £100. To Goors of Cy of Merchts of London trading into the East Indyes. 
   To my cozen Anne Whatlock, Dr of Jn Whatlock and my cozens Anne Whatlock his wife deceased £1000.
To my coz. Thos Boone of London, merchant £1000 and to Sarah his wife.
   To my great neice Sarah Crocker £1000. My mother in law Mrs Dorothy Brewer widow. My sister in law Mrs Dorothy Brewer. My brother in law Mr John Brewer, gent.
   My friend Mr Gilbert Upton of London, merchant. My cozens John Boone now at fflorida. My cozen Charles Boone. My cozens Robert Bodington and Dorothy his wife. My cozens Thos Martin and Jane his wife.

   My wife Mrs Mary Boone £10,000 and my mansion house of Lee place where I now dwell. My new built Tenement in Lee als Leigh neare Blackheath the gardens etc and my 5 acres of pasture named Hawcroft which I purchased of Francis Griffith of the Mid-Temple, gent and Anne his wife.
   To Mr Thos Lucas minr of St Stephen, Coleman St and Mr John Jackson, Rector of All Saints, Lee. To my cozen Christ. Boone, son of said Thomas Boone. in pr of Wm Moses, Thos Gery, Jn Baber.
   Codicil 20 March 1685 to servants.
   Prob. 29 July 1686.
