16 Feb 1669. John Spranger of Lewisham, yeoman.
   My nephew Wm Spranger, lands called Lucas in North Weald, Bassett in Essex, according to the custome of the mannor of Marchales.
   To my neece Eliz Waters, wife of James Waters of Deptford, mealman lands in East Grenne now in poss. of Mr Thackery.
   To my coz Weston Radley and his wife Hannah. To widdow Steerey.
   Weston Radley and George Church overs.
   In pr. of Ezechiell Tupper, John Walker.
   Pd. 13 May 1671.
