13 April 1625. Thomas Jones of Grayes Inn in Co. of Middlesex Esquire.
   To be buried in parish church of Lewsham in Kent in the most private manner possible.
   Lands in Warbletton, Wartlinge and Hersmonceux, Sussex, to Priscilla Jones his wife and his children Thomas, Francis, Richard, Martha and William.
   Sir Richard Young Knight and John Lightfoot Esq. to be trustees.
   If all his children die without issue his wife to have all and to yield to the Master, Fellowes and Students of the College of Sidney Sussex in Cambridge for ever an annuity of £40 payable at the feasts of St Michael the Archangel and the "Annunciacn of the blessed Lady S Mary the Virgin".
   Signed in the presence of Jo. Winterborne, Jo. Evens, Tho Marshe.
   Probate 10 Oct 1625 to Priscilla Jones relict and executrix.
