To Elizabeth my wiffe three remnauntes of Hollonde cloth of 21 English ells and £150. To every of the childrene of my bretherne & systerne 12d.
To William Wattes my brother of Benenden my tenement called Leasden wt three score acres of lande in the parish of Benenden upon the den of Leaseden. To my syster Avys, wife of William Wattes of Sanderst in Kent £40. To Richard Leycrofte citizen & Armorer of London 40s.
