Sr Nicholas Norpice, chapelyn of the parisshe of Haukherst, the third daye of July in the yere of oure Lord God 1513. I bequeith my soule to God Almyghti, to ower blissed Lady and to all the holy company of heven, my body for to be buried within the churche of Seynt Laurance of Haukherst aforseid before Seynt Nicholas aulter. Unto the reparacion of the seid churche for the brekyng of the grounde for my sepulture

Unto John Cor the sonne of Thomas Cor 40s with this condicion that the seid John wilbe rueled and guyded by Edmond Robert to som occupacion that he is disposed or shalbe for to leren, then the seid John for to have the seid 40s when that he cometh owte of his covenaunts for to helpe hym to doo his crafte and yf he wilnot be rueled and guyded as it is aforseid then I ordeyn the seid 40s to the mayntaynyng and repayryng of Seynt Nicholas Chapell wt in the seid churche. I ordeyn onto the seid parisshe prest for his labor in the daye of my owte berying 12d, and to very other prest 8d, to the parishe clerke 8d, and to every childe that can syng 1d and to every other scolar ½d and to every pour man & woman that will take dole 1d and in lyke wyse at my moneths daye & at my yeris mynde. Also I will and ordeyne that my chapell be made up into the forseid churche and fynysshed accordyng unto suche covenaunts and bargaynes as is betwene Edmond Robert and Russell.
To Julian Cor 20s, she to have it as dyvers tymes be parcell mele as she shall have nede for her owne use for I wilnot that her husband shalhave it nor no parcell therof but only she to have it to her owne use. I will that my executor shall by a marbill stone for to ley upon my grave wt a picture of a prest with superscription under neth gravyn in laten. Item I will that there be made within the seid chapell a propre deske for a man to syttin wt a clossett therein and I ordeyn my two half portones for to be made fast with small chaynes to the seid deske there for to be redy at all tymes for a prest for to sey his service in aslong as they will lest. Also I will ordeyn my masse boke and two crewetts to the aulter wt in the seid chapell.
To Marion Hartnof myn osteys my best gowne. To Anne Congherst my goddoughter a payer of corall bedes and 6s 8d. To Alys a Forde my short russet gowne. To Edmond Congherst 6s 8d. My two surplices unto John Mercer and Edmond Robert and after them the seid two surplices for to remayne to the clerks of the quyer of the north syde of the quyer.
To Edmond Robert my fetherbed and the hangyng of my bede & all my hangyngs of my chamber as it is and my cownter. To John Cor my blake gowne. I will my obete be kept 7 yeris. To Elen Cor & Anne Cor every of them a payer of shetts. I orden and make Edmond Robert my executor. In witnesse of this Edmond Congherst.
