John Birkhed, clerk, rector of the parish churche of Harowe. To be buried in the chancel.
I leave 26s 8d to the good discretion of my executors to be distributed amongst my poor parishioners of Hawkherst. To the parish church of Wigan in the county of Lancaster my two vestments.
I leave to the church of Hawkeherst my smaller chalice of silver with paten. Dated at London 24 July 1467 in the 7th year of King Edward the 4th.
