John DYNGYLDEN - Will 16 April

John Dyngylden of
Rolvynden, 16 Aprill 1534. To be buried in the churche yarde of
Rolvynden.
To Joane Dyngylden my mother my gowne to make her a gowne of. To William
Box and his wife 13s 4d. To Joane Fletcher oon brode yarde blanket for a
petycote and same to Edwarde Dyngylden my brother for a petycote.
Residue aswel woolle, yarne, cloth, wood, alome, madder and other as
well golde silver etc to pay my dettes etc.
To my said brother Edward Dyngylden all landes etc I had of the bequest
of my father Stevyn Dyngylden. Land and woode I bought of Walter Hoberd
of Bydynden to be solde.
John Sharp of Benynden shall bye if it please him & my parte of the
house & landes at Benynden lately were Christofer Leyds of Benenden
and to pay £30 and to pay to the heyres of Stephyn Austen of Benenden
34 marcs.
Residue at discrecion of Richard More of Rolvynden and Gerveys Amyet of
Benenden.
Witnesse Raufe Bradley, clerke, Henry Frencham, Wm Baily, Wm Box, Edward
Dyngilden.
Lands bought of Mother Daye late wife of Symon Daye and londes bought of
the wife of Edward Reynolds to be sold if necessary.
To the parish church of Rolvynden 40s. To my suster Elizabeth Forde 40s.
To John Forde, James Forde and William Forde sonnes of the said
Elizabeth Forde to every 6s 8d.
Witnesse, John Leyd of Frytynden, Richard Daye of Rolvynden, Wm Potyn
and Gerveys Potyn of Rolvynden and Stevyn Partriche of Benenden.
