William Carpinter of Smalhed in the parishe of Tenterdyn, 22 May the yere 1530. To be buryed in the churche yarde of Saint Mildred in Tentirden.
I will Rose my wife have out of my landes 13s 4d yerely after the deceas of my mother in law. I will John my sonne have out of that said lande yerely 13s 4d & she to find hym to scole.
I make Roose my wife & John my sonne myn executours & Richard Goore to be oversear.
Witness: Sr Wm Christmas curat of Tentirden & Sir Thos Crayke curat of Smalhed.
Proved 30 June 1530 by Rosa relict & during minority of John Carpinter. [PCC 20 Jankyn]
