Thomas Alard of Sandeherst, 12 March 1481. To be buried before the high cross within the parish church of Sandeherst.
I leave to Thomas & William sons of Thos Pelham my godsons 8d, & to Richard son of Vincent Fynche my godson 8d.
To the work (fabrice) of the church of Sandherst 20d. To the Conventual house of Losname 12d. To each house of friars of Wynchelse 12d. To Julian Elfoyd and Henry Ely each a cow of 2 years.
To Elice my daughter £20 within 3 years next after her mariage.
Residue to Johan my wife who with Henry my son I make executors.
Last will. My feoffees to make to Elice my daughter a state of a certain tenement in the town of Winchilse called Malaves Corner in fee-simple.
To William my son all other lands & tenements in the Town of Wynchelse he to pay to Johan my wife yearly 4 marcs.
To Henry my son all my lands in the parish of Ikelsham & in Sandherst upon the denne of Sponden in fee simple.
