Juliana wife of William Tofft 1 Oct. 1463. To the Brotherhood of St Mary 8d, & to the two parish-clerks there 6d.
   Residue after paying debts etc to William Tofft my husband & he executor to dispose for my soul. Lands & tenements that I had by the will of my father Thomas Benet, after the death of my mother, & which are enfeoffed to Wm Benet & Thos Aylewyn, who are to sell one acre & a quarter & out of themoney: - to the new organ in the church of Lydd 6s 8d, & the residue for my soul, parents etc.
   Residue of the lands to the heirs of my body. John Searles & John Bolding my feoffees.
