John Stokham 20 May 1487. Wife Joan all the
contents of my house. My Cabin at the Nesse tob be sold with all my
articles of trade & all the boats with their gear & the money to
pay debts etc.
John Richards to have one of the boats belonging to my trade
or my messuage with appurtenances in which Joan Mayne now dwells, at the
choice of the same John Richards.
Wife Joan my messuage in which Wm Waite now dwells & to
her heirs for ever. Son William & daughter Isabella the tenement which
he lives & one acre & a rod of land at Byrdys. Witnesses: Dom John
Cockynton, rector of Midley, John Kempe, Andrew Norton.
