William Symond 8 January 1486. To the
Brotherhood of St James 8d, the Mass of Jesus 12d.
Wife Marione all household things & to Margerie Smyth my
servant a pair of sheets, a bowl, dish, saucer, pewter- candlestick &
small pan. James Brome one net called a showtnet (sic).
Residue after paying debts etc to wife Marione who with James
Brome to be executors. Feoffees: Robert Howgh and James Brome.
Wife Marione all my lands, tenements & rents for life
then to be sold & 20s/- each to John & Stephen Symond the residue
to repair of the nave of the church bad roads & to the poor.
Witnesses: Robert Wellys, John Adowne.
