Thomas SHALWELL - Will 10 September 1501

Thomas Shalwell 10 Sept 1501. Wife Margaret three cows & all the profits & use of all the things of my craft for one whole year then all the craft shall be sold & the money to repair the house in which he lives. 
   Daughter Isabelle a cow; daughter Joan 2 budds, 2 pair of sheets etc. My mother 6s 8d & my wife all my household goods. Executors: wife Margaret & John Kempe. 
   Agnes my mother the tenement at the Downsend with one acre & a half of land near the Rype for her life then to my heirs. 
   Four acres & a half of land obtained from Thos Buntyng & John Down to be sold & from the money 10s/- to my sister Margaret & 3s 4d to each Feoffee & the residue for my soul.
