Agnes relict of Thomas Shalwell 8 Sept 1507.
To the Brotherhood of St Gregory 6d.
Residue after paying debts etc to remain to John Kempe &
Isabelle his wife to dispose for my soul etc and they executors.
Isabelle my daughter 3 acres of land in Eastfeld & my
kedell ground with the half part of 15 acres of land in Denechurch (sic)
and to her heirs for ever.
Joan my daughter the other half part of the 15 acres of land
& to her heirs, under condition that Joan will take home to her my
daughter Margaret & to give her meat & drink etc, clothes &
other things necessary during the life of Margaret & also the half
part of Isabelle under condition that she receive & keep Margaret in
manner & form aforesaid. Witnesses: John Browne, John Sefowle.
