William Richard 3 Sept 1482. To the Light of St Katherine 6d.
   Wife Margaret all my household things & one net called a ‘flewys net’. Son John three "les steaghs de herbewis" & one "le peche de parvie hanne". 
   Son William a net called ‘shot-net’. Executors: wife Margaret & Thomas Richard my brother.
   My tenement to be sold & from the money, ---- to son John 6s 8d, son William 6s 8d, daughter Joan 3s 4d & if my wife be with child & a boy then he to have 3s 4d when 16 years of age & the residue for my soul.
