Margaret relict of John Pulton 6 Dec. 1484. To each parish clerk 2d; the Mass of Jesus 2s; Brotherhood of All Saints 2s; & reparation of the nave of the church 6s 8d.
   Margaret Galwey my best cloak, second girdle, 6 pairs of sheets, one Blanket, 6 towels, 4 basins, 4 dishes & 4 saucers of pewter, a new pan of brass etc; Margaret Blyndman a small pan; Joan the wife of Martin Kayser my best embroidered girdle and a cow; Laurence Elys my brother a cow; Joan relict of Thomas atte Woode a cow; Margaret the daughter of John Bate my son, a cow; Joan wife of John Bate my third girdle; to Joan Bate my daughter & to James Bate 3s 4d each.
  Executors John Bate my son & James Bate. Feoffees: Laurence Elys & John son of Thos Bate.
  I will Joan wife of Martin Kayser my daughter have two acres of land in Eastfield, lately obtained from Thomas Bodhill, for the life of Joan, then to John my son & his heirs for ever & that John son of William Bate have an acre of land late obtained from John Searlys. Four acres situated at Westbroke to remain to John my son & to his heirs.
