all my household things & also residue after paying debts etc.
Executors: wife Margaret & Stephen Spone. Feoffees: John Holme &
John Carby.
Wife my messuage for 16 years then to my daughter Joan, but
if Joan be dead then to be sold & money disposed for my soul, parents
etc & other works of charity. Witnesses: John Holme, John Carby,
Thomas Godfrey.
