John Kempe 26 Sept 1495. To the Brotherhood of St Mary 20d, & to Dom. Andrew parish priest there 12d. To the buying of one jewel (Jocalia) to serve in the Church £5. On my obit day 13s 4d in Mass & alms.
   Wife Margaret all my household goods for her life & she shall live in the house, also 4 marcs (43s 4d) a year & at her death to William Kempe & Joan Carbey my daughter. After death of wife all lands & tenements remain to my son William Kempe. Executors: son William & Joan Carbey.
