Thomas Holdernesse 3 May 1506. To the Brotherhood of All Saints 20d. To the Mass of Jesus 8 bearing sheep under this condition, the sheep shall come to the hands of the Wardens of that Mass that after their discretion they put them out to farm for 20d by year, & 16d shall be paid quarterly to the stipend of the said priest of the Mass of Jesus & the residue 4d remain in the hands of the Wardens to maintain the sheep if need be & otherwise to the same Mass. But if the Mass of Jesus fail & not be kept for a time then the 20d to the Wardens of the Church to the use of the Mass of Jesus when it shall happen after that to be kept.
   Wife Thomesyne to have 6 kine, 4 budds, 4 calves, half my household one bushel of hemp upon the ground & a howe of heye set upon the lands late Thos Robyns. Son Laurence a cow, 12 bearing sheep, my gelding of bay colour, a little courte (sic) & my part of my cabin at Nesse. Daughter Agnes a cow. Son Robert 2 kine. Thomas & Peter Hyk each one ewe & a lamb. Also the same to John & Clement Hyk & James Miller. The other half part of my household before not named shall be given part to son Laurence part to son Robert & part to daughter Agnes. Residue of all moveable goods to be sold by executors & the money disposed to pay debts etc and other works of charity. Executors: John Boldyng, Wm Clerk. 
   My barn with appurts next the tenement of Edward Menwood to be sold to pay debts etc but the residue of lands & tenements to wife Thomesyne for ten years on condition she distribute to poor people 6s/8d every year & after the 10 years to sons Laurence & Robert but if they die then to Agnes my daughter & her heirs. Witnesses: Henry Fox, John Gregory.
