John Henxell 30 Augt 1505. To each Brotherhood of All Saints, St Peter, St John Baptist & Holy Trinity 4d; to the Jesus Mass 4d.
   My cabin called the Southnest Cabin & my part of two boats & one trowe of small hooks, shall be sold & the money disposed for my soul in the Church: also if Robert my son will buy them he shall have them 6s 8d less than any other.
   Wife Alice 4 manfare of shot-nets 4 fluys, & 2 sprot-nets. Son Robert one manfare of shot-nets 2 of fluys & one sprot net. Executors: to sell 2 sprot nets & dispose the money in the Church of Lydd for my soul etc. Executors: wife Alice & son Robert.
   Five acres of land at Brenset & half an acre obtained from Robert Hewe to be sold and the money disposed, viz:- to my daughter Joan 40s, to the repair of the nave of Woodchurch 3s 4d, the nave of the church of Stone 3s/4d & the residue in the church of Lydd for my soul.
   Son Robert my messuage with 2 acres & a garden called Tynkerstowne in the parish of Woodchurch.
   Wife Alice 15 acres in Woodchurch parish. Residue of my lands in Lydd to wife for her life then to son Robert & his heirs. Witnesses: Richard William, Thos Quested, John Gregory.
