Laurence Gros 20 Nov. 1497. Wife Joan one red cow & to each of the parish clerks 4d.
  All my household goods to be divided into three parts; (1) to wife Joan; (2) son Thomas & (3) daughter Joan. William Sisewyk my servant a horse called a gelding. Joan Hall a young oxe called a budd. Daughter Joan 2 tenements lately obtained from Thos Cokke & Geoffrey Randolf. 
   Residue of lands & tenements to son Thomas & his heirs.
