Thomas Godfrey 8 April 1511. Light of the Brotherhood of St John the Baptist 4d. 
   John Godfrey my son 13s 4d. Robert Hayton my son (filio meo) to have one manfare of flues one manfare of shot nets one sprot net & one trougge of hooks.
   Residue after paying debts etc to wife Agnes for my soul. Executors: wife Agnes with Robert Hayton my son.
   I will Robert Hayton my son have the tenement called a Cabin at the Nesse & to his heirs for ever. Wife Agnes the tenement in which I live & to her heirs for ever.
