John Godfrey my son 13s 4d. Robert Hayton my son (filio meo)
to have one manfare of flues one manfare of shot nets one sprot net &
one trougge of hooks.
Residue after paying debts etc to wife Agnes for my soul.
Executors: wife Agnes with Robert Hayton my son.
I will Robert Hayton my son have the tenement called a Cabin
at the Nesse & to his heirs for ever. Wife Agnes the tenement in which
I live & to her heirs for ever.
